Program Analyst Associate

Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Program Analyst Associate supporting the scientific peer review of research grant applications within a diverse range of high impact areas of public health (e.g. breast cancer, prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, neurofibromatosis and autism) and the military health (e.g., traumatic brain injury/psychological health, toxic exposures). Our work depends on Program Analyst Associate joining our project management organization to assist with the financial management, schedule monitoring, and deliverable tracking for a portfolio of task orders under a large IDIQ contract.

HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 

Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of assigned program(s)Monitors and control costs, tracks consultant and other vendor paymentsPerforms analyses, prepares reports and deliverables to meet customer specificationsCoordinates with the project manager and management team to ensure adherence to program schedule and costCollaborates with a diverse team of administrative, scientific and technical staffLeverages corporate financial and procurement systems and software such as Oracle and MarkView to support of financial management and tracking of assigned program(s)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experienceRequired Experience: 2+ years of related experienceRequired Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel and SharePointSecurity Clearance Level: Ability to obtain favorable public trustRequired Skills and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and self-directed to achieve stated objectives; strong organizational and time-management skillsPreferred Skills: Experience with financial tracking and control; accountingLocation: HybridUS Citizenship Required
