**Job Summary:**
This job is responsible for working on a portfolio of projects to support Operational Excellence and drive Responsible Growth. Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to understand and provide insight into processes to optimize and manage operational efficiency and/or associated costs. Job expectations include participating in full project execution outlining processes/activities, associated talent, and cost outputs to drive solutions and improvements through standardization, automation, and other process improvement ideas.
**Line of Business Job Description:**
This job is responsible for driving and executing on operational excellence within the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) organization. Key responsibilities include providing analytical and administrative support for the CFO organization's processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include implementingautomated tools, dashboards and reportingwithin the CFO organization by evaluating data to help identify, track, and report issues and control improvements.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leverages analytical skills and business acumen to provide fact-based tools, dashboards and reporting to key stakeholders
+ Participates in data assessment, collection, and analysis to assist in full project execution
+ Provides process and logistical support to leadership
+ Coordinates the sourcing, organization, and reporting of all data
+ Executes initiatives by identifying areas of potential automation, procedural updates, thematic trends and opportunities to enhance stakeholder experience
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in risk management and/or finance preferably in the financial services industry
+ Hands-on experience building automation workflows, processes, and visualization dashboards utilizing intermediate to advanced proficiency in one or more emerging tech tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, Workiva, Power Query, Visual Basic, SQL and SAS
+ Prior experiences supporting strategic initiatives/projects
+ Excellent communication and project management skills
+ Creative thinker, thinks outside the box and challenges status quo
+ Analytical mindset able to resolve complex issues
+ Integrity, maturity, dependability and positive professional attitude
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
+ Experience with controls work (i.e.) Issues and Sub-issues Management, Single Process Inventory (SPI), Enterprise Services, Risk Identification, RCSA and the interconnectivity across the Company’s business controls policies
