Job Description -Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally -Monitor and report on the performance of service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness -SME on PPM tools in environment -Responsible for all projects across the PMO and CMO and must have a deep understanding of each project team's health, quality of requirements/documentation, data, escalations -Will be responsible in the onboarding of any PM coming in to the client's environment. This includes: hiring, technical evaluation of assessing PMs during recruitment (IE PPM tools, capacity, project management/change management fundamentals) -Proactive in sharing feedback on what PM's are underperforming and what process improvements are taking place -PM Process: understand each team's process/projects (IE if a PM is out sick/vacation, etc. the SDM can step in and manage/help run their projects (keeping continuity is key) -Executive stakeholder communication, including presentations specifically QBR's We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
