Main duties include the following:

CUSTOM ENGINEERING Systems Testing & Commissioning（70%）

Responsible for accomplishing all site activities related system & project commissioning including CE customized system and CE Standard equipment.Responsible for Commissioning and testing of complete systems hardware including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation. Must implement design modifications in agreement with the project engineering design team and change control procedures.Responsible for the generation and implementation of commissioning or test procedures and risk assessments. Responsible for documenting system modifications and conveying modification details back to project team, through the correct change control procedures.Responsible for “Red Lining” system design drawings and operation manuals and forwarding to the Project Engineering Team for updating to “as-built” status.Cross functional communication, progress monitoring, co-ordination of sub supplier.Project Management and co-ordination of small and mid-size projects.Providing production support during consistency batches at customer site (commonly part of system contracts)May be required to troubleshoot PLC and HMI software based on established design. (5%)Assignments will involve travel to specified sites to perform testing/commissioning activities. Travel may take place on evenings or weekends as required to meet the customer’s need. Travel schedules will be arranged as directed by the line manager and will be in accordance with the Cytiva Travel Policy.Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customer. While performing testing, the engineer must make sound technical decisions to meet customer requirements while maintaining Cytiva’s commercial interests.Should be able to independently resolve adverse situations constructively.Responsible for training customer personnel in the proper operation of the CE System. Must prepare training materials for various CE systems technologies.

Continuous Improvement（30%）

Responsible for the elaboration of NC root cause analysis for warranty investigations and sub sequential submittal into the quality  system if get request from service.Execute daily visual management .Drive and participate in continuous improvement processes.Supporting the generation of system documents such as spare parts lists and manuals.

A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a commission/testing/service or similar position within the biopharmaceutical market.
