Element has an opportunity for a Project Client Coordinator to join our team at our Birchwood facilities. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.
Responsibilities Be a key point of contact for clients in terms of project tracking, updates, project changes and delivery timeframesCoordination and project management of client projects through the end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframesBe the primary liaison between multiple departments and clients, providing updates in terms of project milestones and deliverablesFoster cross-team collaboration, coordinating working team members so workflow remains on scheduleManagement of multiple projects, tracking progress, problem-solving and providing regular updates to clients and key stakeholdersSchedule regular update meetings keeping teams up to date with requirements and developments. Skills / Qualifications Previous experience within a project coordinator role (highly desirable)Ideally exposure in the construction, civil, structural or steel sector, but not a necessityStrong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levelsHighly organised with the ability to work under pressureHands on approach to offer ideas / solutions for issuesMethodical with thorough attention to detailCreative thinker – ability to think outside the box to solve problemsGood verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with flexible approach to work
