Project Business Analyst
Job Description

This role is designed to temporarily augment and support the existing resources of a team, addressing cyclical business needs. The Business Analyst will serve as the primary project manager and liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams. They will oversee initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and contributing to workforce development and leadership continuity.

ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.Set up project and work breakdown structures.Establish and document business processes.Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against potential budget overruns, and offer solutions.Essential Skills5-7 years of experience in business analytics.Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.Minimum 2-3 years experience with program/project management skills and stakeholder engagement.Advanced level experience with Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-lookups.Minimum 1 year experience with SAP, preferably with SuccessFactors Succession Module.Additional Skills & QualificationsSAP certification is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Work Environment

This is a remote role requiring a standard 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday. The candidate may need to attend some meetings with the India team.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
