They are responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. **How You'll Create Impact** **Principal Duties and Responsibilities:** + Gathers and compiles project information and aligns with Product Managers. + Determines the support activities of one or more projects, work streams, or functional areas along with developing documentation and processes. + Responsible for support scope and recommends new or modified procedures and processes as well as system integration if necessary. + Resolves issues and ensures task completion by establishing priorities and reaching compromise with team members and functional managers. + Identifies appropriate resources needed for projects and product support. + Responsible to determine support activities & escalations with 3rd party vendors if necessary. + Gathers, analyzes, and shares data with project leaders for decision making. + Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. + Assists with Training & Education content development of projects. + Aligns with Systems Tech to integrate w/ support systems. _This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act._ **What Makes You Stand Out** **Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)** + Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards + Full knowledge of industry practices + Strong customer orientation and drive for results **Your Background** **Education/Experience Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience managing and successfully delivering projects OR + Master’s degree with 4-6 years of experience managing and successfully delivering projects + PMI or equivalent certification preferred **Travel Expectations** Up to 10% travel **Salary Expectations:** **$80,000-$95,000 USD** EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
