The Project Assistant provides support to staff in the course of their normal operations and duties in departments such as but are not limited to, Development, Training, Adoption & Legal, Home Finding, Executive offices, and
Mental Health, etc.

Responsibilities Assist with basic administrative & office related task, such as filing, phone calls, mail handling, moving or procuring office supplies, and organizing roomsInteract with the community in which we serve, research, report writing, training, video project, newsletter assembly, and other creative projects as assignedParticipate throughout the program which requires availability for virtual and in person meetingsConsistent and appropriate contact with your mentor and internship coordinator, as well as meeting assignment deadlines on a weekly basisPlay a crucial role in keeping projects on track by organizing, coordinating, and tracking progressAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectivelyAbility to effectively communicate with mentor, intership coordinator and peers in the program Qualifications Demonstrated strong commitment to safetyCandidate must be 16-24 yrs old to be eligible for the programCandidate cannot have completed college or is currently in collegeCandidate must have access to basic communication equipment such as a phone, laptopCandidate must be willing to learn and exercise basic technical skills (Outlook & TEAMS) as well as
