Project Assistant
Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting project management activities, ensuring timelines are maintained, and contributing to the smooth execution of construction projects. Responsibilities: • Oversee project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently. • Collaborate with team members to support the successful execution of construction projects. • Maintain and update master schedules to ensure accurate tracking of project progress. • Perform scanning and digital organization of project documents for easy access. • Assist in project management tasks, including resource allocation and task prioritization. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. • Monitor and report on project milestones to ensure alignment with objectives. • Identify and address potential challenges to keep projects on track. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a project coordination or assistant role. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Familiarity with managing timelines and schedules in a structured and efficient setting. • Experience supporting construction or similar projects is highly desirable. • Proficiency in basic project management tools and techniques. • Ability to effectively scan, organize, and maintain digital records. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Capability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting project needs.
