Yes County Albany Street Address W A Harriman State Office Campus City Albany State NY Zip Code 12227 Duties Description • Evaluate current processes and develop recommendations • Compile and tracks performance data • Create procedure manuals • Train employees in new procedures, techniques, and methods • Update staff on operational changes • Schedule and manage enrollments for the trainings • Make oral presentations utilizing charts, slide presentations, and other visual support devices and techniques. • Travel, as needed• Meet the time and attendance requirements of the Department. Travel requirements will be discussed at interview. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in education) and 2 years of experience in training or instructing and developing training materials. Strong presentation and communication skills. Substitution: Six years of specialized experience; associate’s degree and four years of experience. J.D. or master’s degree may substitute for one year of specialized experience, Ph.D. may substitute for two years of specialized experience.
