Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of short-term projects by managing materials, coordinating logistics, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Confirm receipt of all necessary materials, including signage and program agreements, before beginning daily tasks. • Install and set up self-standing banners and other materials according to provided guidelines. • Maintain appropriate dress code, adhering to business casual standards. • Ensure all project tasks are completed efficiently and within the designated timeline. • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address any issues or updates. • Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in a positive manner. • Utilize reliable transportation to travel to and from project locations as required. • Follow detailed instructions to ensure precise execution of project deliverables. Requirements • Previous experience in a customer service or project support role. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently. • Positive and outgoing personality with a detail-oriented demeanor. • Reliable transportation to travel to job sites. • Adherence to business casual dress code.
