About this Role

The Project Assistant supports the project team on assigned projects. Performs routine daily activities, communications and assists in gathering and distributing information to team members.

What You'll Do Support Project Managers in daily tasks and deliverablesFacilitate communication among team membersProvide administrative support to all Project ManagersCollaborate with Accounting Manager and Office team to provide support in billing and tracking paperworkAssist in scheduling crew jobs and flaggers when neededGeneral administration support for the Project Manager team including completion of project paperworkOther duties as assigned
