In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the end-to-end operations within our Transformation Office. You will be instrumental in driving our vision to reality by overseeing project excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring stakeholder alignment for all transformation initiatives.

Our team is at the forefront of driving AI, data, and analytics across US Sales & Planning. As the Project ARISE Transformation Lead, you will oversee multiple transformational initiatives focused on Commercial/Demand Planning Strategy and Insights.

How you will contribute

You will:

Act as the primary senior-level contact with leadership throughout the transformation, working closely with the TO Sponsor.Set up governance to ensure stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making towards overall transformation strategy.Drive project management and ensure end-to-end delivery of key objectives across various initiatives in the transformation.Lead and support Initiative Owners to build implementation playbooks and track progress.Coordinate interdependencies and support Initiative and Product owners to overcome risks and roadblocks.Drive agenda for governance meetings with leadership and critical stakeholders, preparing documentation on crucial insights and strategy.

Proficiency in project management with a thorough grasp of transformation methodologies.Familiarity with the CPG Industry and processes (e.g., RGM, DSD, Retail Sales) and a history of interacting with executive stakeholders.Prior expertise in change management, having guided teams in dynamic settings on digital subjects such as Data, Analytics, and AI.

Basic understanding of visualizing data through PowerBI or Tableau.Understanding of the consumer goods industry or similar industries.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business, Analytics, or related field.

Job specific requirements:

10+ years of experience in project management, preferably leading large transformational, cross-functional teams in the context of Data, Analytics, or AI.Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and strategic vision to overcome operational roadblocks and drive overall transformation.Exceptional communication, executive presence, and collaboration skills to inspire teams and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Highly familiar with agile methodologies (e.g., ceremonies, writing user stories).Highly proficient in building robust financial models on Excel and Google Sheets.Highly proficient in deriving and presenting business insights on PowerPointHighly proficient in utilizing PMO tools like Microsoft Planner to manage teams.

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $297,500; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
