Project Architect
Job Description Perform architectural assignments with general direction, with limited immediate supervision, and work independently as well as collaboratively with others toward design and technical solutions Assist in developing design solutions on a variety of projects in size and scope Provide production of design drawings, presentation drawings, and digital models in support of design teams Research products and materials, review existing projects, and those under construction to inform the production of design documentation Contribute to the effective performance of the project team regarding quality, schedule, and budget Assist in the execution of construction administration responsibilities Assist in the review and execution of design documents that meet building code and accessibility code We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements NCARB-accredited degree in Architecture with 3+ years of commercial experience; Actively pursuing state registration; Professional Registration preferred Highly motivated, Team-oriented individual seeking progressively more responsibility Well-organized, detailed oriented with excellent communication skills Experience in detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervision Experience with complex multi-phased projects Experience with MEPFP coordination and BIM coordination Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
