Join us. **Job Description** + 作为建筑团队的BIM负责人，独立指导和辅助设计团队进行建筑专业全设计阶段的正向设计。 + 管理项目BIM执行计划(BEP)，按甲方的BEP要求落实项目的BIM执行，并根据项目执行情况，反馈BEP的调整。 + 消化并贯彻甲方的BIM相关要求，转化为设计团队的具体执行标准，形成指导文件或操作手册，监督标准落实，保持项目内的标准执行统一。 + 对设计团队内部展开阶梯式的培训，培训内容包括标准解释和执行，软件及插件的使用和操作，成果交付的组成和要求。 + 与建筑设计团队一起紧密协作，及时处理设计过程中遇到的关于BIM标准，软件操作等问题，并强化工作流程。 + 管理日常性和阶段性的成果提交，维护ACC, Revizto 平台及时更新，保证平台内容符合要求 + 作为建筑专业BIM负责人组织正向设计下的多专业协调 + 根据项目需求创建和修改局部的复杂模型，创建和维护族库，建立不同格式数据的衔接方式，统一参数管理。 + 参与项目详图和节点的设计与制作 **Qualifications** + 建筑或相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，3年及以上BIM相关经验 + 有多专业BIM正向设计施工图交付经历 + 有公建类项目多专业BIM综合协调能力，熟悉以建筑为核心的跨专业协调重难点和常规解决方法。 + 熟练且全面掌握Revit软件 + 具备良好的培训能力，擅长问题解决和经验总结 + 英语书写和交流 **Additional Information** 1. 有ACC和Revizto平台管理员使用经验 2. 有根据项目需求快速编写Dynamo脚本的能力 3. 熟悉ISO 19650体系，有编制BEP的能力 4. 有境外设计项目，相当于施工图阶段对应深度交付的项目经历，BIM或传统皆可 **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
