Summary: Seeking a Project Architect with expertise in industrial, distribution, or manufacturing facility design, proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketchup, and PhotoShop.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture

5+ years of design experience (prefer industrial, distribution, or manufacturing facility design)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketchup, and PhotoShop

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)

Portfolio of work samples

Preferred Skills:

Experience with parametric design tools such as Dynamo and Grasshopper

Coding skills (Python and/or C#)

Experience with Revit's API

Power BI for data visualization

Job Responsibilities:

Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development and preparation of presentation drawings

Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents

Develop, modify and review production drawings; edit project narratives and specifications

Research materials for appropriate selection for projects

Plan, coordinate and administer projects from initial programming to construction administration

Review construction submittals; assist project manager in construction administration

Analyze client problems; develop architectural solutions

 

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
