Project Architect
New Opportunities for Corporate Interiors Job Captain / Project Architect!

Job Description

Join a dynamic corporate interiors team specializing in office interiors, core facilities, lobbies, and capital improvement projects. We are seeking 1–2 experienced Job Captains / Project Architects to contribute to our mid-sized, interiors-focused firm's innovative projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the documentation process for corporate interior projects.Coordinate with engineers (MEP, structural, acoustical), expeditors, contractors, and consultants.Manage DOB filings and shop drawing submittals.Assemble full sets of construction documents for filing and bidding.Interact with contractors on-site and review submittals.Exhibit strong AutoCAD skills and a high-level understanding of interior construction.Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Essential Skills

5–10 years of experience in corporate interiors architecture.Professional degree in architecture or interior design.Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with drawings and coordination.Ability to manage consultants effectively.Experience with DOB filings and contractor submittals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
