About Project and Development Services (PDS):
JLL Project and Development Services (PDS) is a specialized division within JLL that provides comprehensive project management and development solutions to clients across multiple industries. PDS supports projects ranging from new construction and renovations to relocations and fit-outs, enabling clients to optimize real estate assets and achieve business objectives. With deep expertise in project planning, design and construction management, budgeting, and risk mitigation, the PDS team ensures seamless delivery of projects on schedule and within budget. Leveraging JLL’s global network and best practices, PDS successfully executes projects of varying scope—from small office refurbishments to large-scale industrial developments.
What the job involves:
We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Project and Development Services (PDS) to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with project management professionals to assist in the creation of presentations, budgets, playbooks, and other project deliverables. You will gain valuable exposure to construction project management, vendor coordination, data analysis, and current industry best practices while strengthening your business acumen.
As a Summer Intern in Project and Development Services at JLL, you will:
Support the project management team in developing presentations, budgets, financial documents, playbooks, and other deliverables.Assist in the creation of project execution playbooks and training materials to support standardized practices across teams.Support vendor management, RFP development, scope creation, and finance reconciliation activities.Perform project coordination tasks including data entry, contract administration, and work within the Project Management Platform (PMWeb).Collaborate with operations and project managers to update, clean, and analyze project data for quality and accuracy.Gain hands-on experience with space planning and exposure to multiple project types across various clients and industries.Provide administrative and meeting support, including taking meeting notes, tracking project schedules, and preparing site visit summaries.Program Details

Education, Skills, and Experience
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years completed in Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or Engineering.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Independent thinker who can also collaborate effectively with team members.Interest in the commercial real estate and construction industries.Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong attention to detail, organization, and creativity.Excellent relationship-building, customer service, and presentation skills.General business understanding and desire to learn project delivery best practices.We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

Estimated compensation for this position:
7,600.00 – 10,800.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
