DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Project Support Manager to play a vital role leading and facilitating the transformation of operational processes within the Control Tower environment.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nIdentify, design, and implement process improvements and innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across operations alongside customer driven process change and movement within their business.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current practices, drive change initiatives, and ensure sustainable improvements are integrated into the daily operations.\nAnalyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.\nMonitoring and measuring the impact of changes, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.\nTravelling to the TJX Rugby site, one day per week, expenses paid, less than 50% travel, Car is Essential.\n\n

\n\nExperience in Supply Chain division, ideally with a retail customer\nProject Management Essential\nCustomer relationship management skills\nComputer literacy\nKnow how to plan and manage projects.\nOrganize tasks to meet deadlines.\nAbility to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.\nIdentify areas for improvement.\n\n
