Project Analyst/Specialist

Responsible for supporting data analytics, compliance, purchasing, and market research projects while delivering high-quality reports and presentations.

Requirements

Master’s or PhD preferred; MBA with 0–1 year experience or BA with 2–3 years of experience.

Strong organizational and project management skills, particularly in market research.

Proficiency in Excel for data pulls and analysis.

Advanced PowerPoint skills for building refined presentations.

Ability to manage purchasing, vendor, and compliance processes (Ariba, myBuy, Engage).

Preferred Skills

Data analytics or computer science background.

Experience with Python for data analysis.

Salesforce experience, including generating reports.

Familiarity with compliance and vendor systems.

Project Management certification.

Responsibilities

Manage purchasing, vendor, and compliance processes using systems such as Ariba, myBuy, and Engage.

Oversee market research projects, coordinating vendors, timelines, and deliverables.

Generate Salesforce reports and perform analysis in Excel.

Convert Excel outputs into polished PowerPoint slides following detailed design guidance.

Refresh recurring monthly and quarterly reports, including Insiders Impact and COE reports.

Conduct straightforward analysis using Salesforce or Tableau outputs.

Create and refine global presentations and deliverables to a high standard.



Pay Details: $40.00 to $53.00 per hour
