Job Description:

Primarily accountable for end to end delivery and execution of smaller scale business or technology projects or leads work packages of moderate size and complexity. Role may also be responsible for complex analysis and reporting at the project / program level.

Provide business and financial management related research, evaluation, operational, reporting and / or analytical support in a timely manner

Develop and/or prepare applicable business metrics / standard / ad hoc reporting in collaboration with partners and stakeholders for own business management area to help inform or support decisions as appropriate

Conduct regular, ongoing analysis, evaluation / assessment and review of business performance/ processes/ initiatives within assigned business management area

Support the development of presentations/communications and dissemination of information

Coordinate relevant processes/meetings/events that impact a broad area

Understand department objectives and contribute by recommending appropriate action to management based on analysis and review of results within assigned scope

Contribute to various operational activities (e.g. report production, system queries, process mapping, tracking, analysis and procedural support, premises, onboarding) as assigned

Remain informed of emerging issues, industry trends and/or relevant changes

Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to business management activities for own area

Skillsets:

Provide specialized analysis, non-standard reporting, and operational support

Provide guidance/ assistance to other team members and internal partners on a broad range of processes

Carry out work with some complexity

Independently deliver assigned initiatives with direction from management

Familiar with Clarity, PowerBI, MS Office tools

Generally reports to Senior / Manager role


EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree or relevant certification

3-5 years of experience

Project Analyst skills

BREADTH & DEPTH

Primarily manages smaller and less complex projects than Project Managers

May be responsible for complex analysis and reporting at the project / program level

Typically delivers work packages for projects  within a bigger program and focus of projects / programs generally medium term

May lead and deliver Tier 5 projects with a low level of regulatory oversight, risk and complexity profile with medium term horizon

Requires deeper understanding of technology / business issues and objectives, and impact of the team’s work

May operate as a working lead and provide training  and guidance to others on best practices, processes, and completion of business as usual activities

Typically reports to Project / Program/ Portfolio Management  Office Leader
