The Opportunity:

CACI Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst that will support the FEMA sponsored National Public Warning System Sustainment (NPWS)Task. Will include managing the operations and maintenance of client power redundancy equipment, monitoring systems and other assets at 78 US and territorial sites. Work with vendors to resolve equipment problems. Create forms in Adobe for use by the team; Review annual maintenance agreements and site visit reports and update various tracking. Requires travel (up to 25%) to FEMA-provisioned NPWS facilities located at key facilities across the Unites States.

Responsibilities:

Purchase equipment, parts, supplies, and coordinate shipping of various items between customer sites.

Communicate with vendors and private sector partners to coordinate equipment maintenance. Review contracts and invoices.

Track remote monitoring system reports, identify trends and issues regarding alarms and inventories; Document all work in a custom portal as well as Access to alert to unusual situations, missing reports, and changes which will be used for various and dashboards for our government client.

Draft various weekly and monthly documents on the status of equipment maintained by the program, and progress on projects for the task lead and program manager.

Maintain the MS Project schedule.

Drafting agendas and monthly status reports. Other ad hoc reporting as requested by the client.

Analyze data collected from a custom on-line Portal, Access, or spreadsheets to produce comprehensive reports for the client and CACI Program Manager. Create graphs or charts to visibly display the data.

Occasionally travel with an engineer to assist with site visits. This includes changing batteries and filters, conducting inventories, and other minor maintenance.

Track costs and maintain budget log for monthly operating and planned maintenance costs.

Assist engineers with documentation and create forms.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related work experience.

Experience with various Microsoft applications and Adobe.

Work independently at CACI site/client site/remotely.

Excellent communications skills (both oral and written).

Experience creating graphics and charts.

Travel (up to 25%) to FEMA-provisioned NPWS facilities located at key broadcast facilities across the Unites States and its territories while conducting routine system exercise, inspection, and verification.

Desired:

Experience with Visio.

Familiarity with contracts and/or invoices.

Self-starter and have the ability to work within a team in a structured but unsupervised environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$59,600 - $122,100
