The Opportunity:


As a Project Analyst, you will be supporting the IAC MAC C-UAS task order as part of the CACI Team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside the dedicated men and women responsible for protecting the American people and improving the nation's safety, security, and prosperity. This position offers the chance to engage with multiple funding sponsors, contributing to various tasks. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting the broader mission of safeguarding national interests and enhancing overall security measures.


Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial trackers to monitor project budgets, expenditures, and funding allocations.

Create and update spend plans and track funding execution.

Prepare and consolidate monthly status reports for submission to internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in the development and maintenance of Program Management Plans (PMPs) to ensure alignment with sponsor requirements.

Support the drafting and distribution of Program Management Reports (PMRs), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with program managers and technical leads to track deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

Assist with the development and coordination of briefing materials and presentations.

Monitor task order compliance and assist with the preparation of contractual documentation as needed.

Participate in project planning meetings and provide logistical and administrative support.

Tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of program deliverables using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to project workflows.

Qualifications:

Required:

US Citizen with ability to successfully obtain Secret clearance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or additional related experience.

5+ years of relevant project analyst, program support, or administrative experience.

Tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of program deliverables using appropriate project management tools and methodologies

Experience researching purchases needed for projects.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Desired:

Experience supporting government contracts or working in a DoD environment.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).

Experience using project tracking or financial management tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Active Secret clearance.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600 - $129,300
