The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Project Analyst to support R&D projects within the Operational Logistics Integration Group at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) located in Bethesda, MD.

The Project Analyst will provide Technical and Programmatic Support for multiple Naval logistics R&D projects that are supporting a variety of Navy data analysis, data visualization, tool development, and logistics command and control software development work.  

 Responsibilities:

Project Analyst responsibilities include analyzing and visualizing data for the purpose of programmatic decisions. They will help with the preparation of project scopes, schedules, and budgets. They will also communicate with Government sponsors directly and support the development of briefing material as well as project and program reviews.

The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing data and making data-driven programmatic decisions. They will also be comfortable acting between the project planning and technical aspects of projects and programs. They will be self-motivated and take initiative as well as being an effective communicator and team player.

This role is hybrid requiring 50% on-site with additional on-site work as needed by the project.

Qualifications:

Required: 

Must be a U.S. CitizenMust hold an active a SECRET or higher security clearanceBachelor’s DegreeAt least 3 years of experience as a project analyst, project manager, or project engineerStrong Excel capabilities with regards to data analysis and financial management (i.e. making effective, organized spreadsheets for funds execution/management)Experience with software developmentExperience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization softwareExperience with financial planning for project executionStrong skills with Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated proficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving and organization skillsCandidate must show strong initiative, be detail oriented, a team player, and communicate well

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
