Project Analysist
**Job Description** Plan and execute daily administrative tasks related to a direct customer program as requested by the program manager and program team members Plan meetings and other program events Create written documents, communications, presentations, and statistical reports following program requirements Transfer data from excel spreadsheets into the BAE Systems EPDM & EFIR database Manage collection of data, format, edit and submit weekly reports Meet with program manager on a regular basis to determine their needs Develop, implement, and improve processes to support program Greet customer(s), and coordinate on site security access for visitors Develop, implement, and improve processes to support program Work within the Oracle system to help assess the Bradley A4 BOM structure Maintain the Master A4 tear down WIP sheets for the chassis and turret and make changes as needed to distribute to the team Enter trucks into the Ryder System for the shipment of the Bradley A4 chassis from RRAD to VUOC Go to DLARR weekly to observe the loading and tie down of the Bradley A4 chassis on the trucks to ship to VUOC Gather the required paper work for the shipment of the chassis to VUOC and distribute to the required BAE personnel Assist the York PM Team with the missing parts list for the Bradley A4 program and help determine the cost of the missing parts, the location needed and the priority of each part **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + 1 year working in or around the defense industry **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + 1 year working on a Bradley Program **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $55150 - $93755 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
