They set up the project control book, track issues and changes, produce status reports, and handle financial and procurement transactions. Additionally, they support general contract management by managing assets, ensuring audit readiness, providing financial process support, addressing issues, and reporting on measurements and project plan execution. The role includes scheduling meetings, taking minutes, creating presentations, and arranging training for project staff. Project administrators also participate in budget administration, providing analysis, maintaining records, and forecasting financial performance.
