This role provides essential clerical and administrative support to the Gas Work Management Organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and consistently delivers accurate, timely work while maintaining strong communication and customer service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the application, receipt, distribution, communication, and execution of permitsSupport the One Call process and ensure accurate site readiness documentationCreate, update, and execute WMS/DIS order typesUtilize PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookPrepare professional correspondence and documentationDeliver high‑quality internal and external customer serviceAssist with customer complaint processesContribute to administrative improvements and workflow efficienciesMaintain cohesive teamwork and effective communication across the organizationPerform general office administration dutiesAdditional Skills & QualificationsProficient in WMS, CIS, Teams, and OutlookKnowledge of company policies and proceduresBasic understanding of the utility industryExperience LevelIntermediate

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
