Project Administrator

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate customer fulfillment requests for project.Monitor project schedule, escalate discrepancies and support issue resolution.Serve as primary scheduling and operations point of contact for project and external stakeholders.Develop and implement program and scheduling procedures and process improvements.Establish and maintain all project documentation including all service protocols, records and reports according to the scope of work and SOPs.Complying with data protection law, including responding promptly to queriesConducts Monthly reconciliation    Develop and coordinate all information and communications for assigned project.Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans.Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and project reports.Prepare presentation materials for meetings and project summary data.Provide project management and operational support as directed by stakeholders.
