We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our dynamic team in Ashton, to provide effective administrative support. You will offer organisational, administrative, and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives.

 

Where: Tameside

Hours: 37.5 hours per week 

Salary: £25,077.00 dependant on experience (based on full time working hours, pro rata if part time)

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until the 31st March 2026. 

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

Responsibilities

About the Role:

 

As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and Change Grow Live Staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.To ensure effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.To collate, monitor and report data/information & statistics as required.To ensure that admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained.

 

About You:

 

Knowledge of general office procedures.IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entry.Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.Solid numeric skills.Good organisational skills
