Project Administrator

Responsibilities

Perform payroll functions, including maintaining timekeeping information and processing invoice approval for temporary staff.Manage day-to-day operational aspects of staffing agencies.Provide support to the project management team and gather project information from the delivery team.Maintain timely and accurate reporting to the delivery and project management team.Track project documentation and coordinate project communication.Analyze and report on delivery schedules.Confirm receipt and readiness of documents for processing.Assist the field in incident and near miss reporting.Maintain scheduling and event calendars.Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.

Essential Skills

2 to 5 years of related experience.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to plan, organize, and complete assignments independently.Capability to work independently and as part of a team.Skill in handling regular interruptions while maintaining focus on multiple priorities and deadlines.Proactive approach to improving existing methodologies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma.Experience in renewable energy.Knowledge of SmartSheets.

Work Environment

The position is based in a well-lighted, heated, and air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. The role requires frequent travel, approximately 34-66% of the time, to various project sites. The candidate will work in both office settings and on-site locations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
