Project Administrator

Supports multi-location corporate engineering and technology teams by maintaining project data integrity, enabling informed decision-making, and ensuring project goals, budgets, and timelines are met through effective system utilization and reporting.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management

Project Management certification preferred (e.g., CAPM, PMP)

Advanced experience with MS Project or similar project management software

Preferred Skills:

Strong ability to interpret and communicate data to stakeholders

Experience improving tools and processes within a project environment

Ability to manage diverse priorities and coordinate across multiple teams

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate project data within project management systems

Develop and distribute project reports to stakeholders

Identify, define, and categorize high-level project resource needs

Align communication and budget planning between teams and business units

Assist in processing project deliverables and formal agreements

Facilitate purchase order transactions and track against project budgets

Ensure engineering time tracking is completed and provide related reports

Represent the PMO during Annual Operating Planning with business units

Collaborate with the PMO Director and Program Managers to enhance systems and standard operating procedures



Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
