The Project Administrator is located on site and typically reports directly to the Project Director. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Entering timesheetsProcessing expensesAssist with AR/APPurchase ordersOrdering material and suppliesDocument controlsMaintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databasesOrder office supplies, service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairsOther duties as required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School DiplomaDegree or Diploma in Office Administration or related would be considered an asset

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1-5 years in an office environment in an administrative roleExperience in the construction sector is considered an asset

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Proficient knowledge and understanding of:

Organization and time managementWork well under pressureMeet all deadlinesAbility to multitask

Proficient user of:

MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)JD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system considered an asset
