Our Opportunity: Project Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a tenacious and driven Project Administrator to join our close-knit and high performing team. As a Project Administrator, you are accountable for and possess excellence in the following areas:

Purchasing Activities - Ensure the necessary exchange of data with central purchasing and finance functions. Systems / Network Management - Maintain project network directory structure to ensure electronic records are logical and filed correctly. Management of Thales Competency Management System (CMS) and associated
reporting in consultation with Technical Supervisor / Training Officer,Financial Management - Maintain a Project Financial Register, track, provide regular reports to key project stakeholders on project financial matters. Document Management & Configuration – Draft templates, review project documentation for formatting compliance, configure documentation and coordinate documents for delivery required under the contract (CDRLs); including, workflow management, review register consolidation, configuration management, ready for issue documentation. Defect Management - Maintain project assets including but not limited to printers, scanners, coffee machine, TVs. Log jobs through IT portal or TMF Facilities Management if Government furnished asset when faults occur. Security Management - Liaise with corporate security and site management on all Defence security issues and ensure security induction and annual refresher training is conducted to all personnel where relevant. Actively promote a culture of a proactive security reporting and awareness. Administration Support - Provide general administrative support to team and provide professional advice for the continuous improvement of administrative/support systems, processes and procedures. Participate in the continuous improvement of Lean systems and processes.
