The Project Administrator is an integral member of the project team, responsible for assisting the Project Management Team to deliver quality projects, on time and on budget under the direction of the Refurbishment Director

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the library of documents (including engineering, architectural, procurement and construction documents). Including:Understanding project-specific filing systems, interfaces, and general document control processes and manage the flow of information accordingly.Adhere to record retention policies and standards, and comply with filing systemCommunicate relevant information to internal and external stakeholders when required, including meeting minutesSupport the project management team in coordinating project planning activities, developing tools and templatesImplement processes and procedures and conduct training sessions when necessaryInterface between various internal stakeholdersSupport the project management team in monitoring project performance (cost, schedule, quality) and assist in completing and distributing regular project reports to key stakeholdersSupport the coordination of project close-out activities and transfer to operationsEffectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project teamGeneral administrative duties as required.

Relevant technical training or experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

3 years document retention / administrative experienceExperience on projects of high complexityUnderstand project management processes and document control proceduresProven knowledge of document filing systems, policies and standardsExperience with electronic document control

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in MS Office Suite of products Emphasis on strong Microsoft Excel skillsPower BI experience is considered an asset.Exceptional organizational and communication skillsProven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills A Client Security Clearance will be required
