Job Description:
**Job Overview**
Provides planning, design, coordination, and technical support on engineering processes to ensure successful implementation of organizational projects.
**Job Requirements**
+ Supporting the engineering design process, providing technical expertise, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
+ Developing project schedules, work plans, resource requirements and forecasts. Tracking and reporting on project progress and cost estimates.
+ Leading continuous improvement of existing methodologies as well as implementation of new project components, processes and products.
+ Monitoring coordination of internal resources with appropriate department, resolving operational issues, and ensuring project safety with respective cross-functional departments.
**What your background should look like**
**Requirements**
• Bachelor degree with mechanical/electric related majors
• +2 years Project Management experience in manufacture
• Good command of English on both speaking and writing
**Responsibilities**
• Identify project goal and scope for manufacturing process development.
• Workout project framework/timeline, use WBS to identify deliveriables and tasks in projects.
• Lead to work out project capital and expenses spending plan, capacity plan, cost model and project P&L.
• Workout project tooling development timeline, including tooling development and qualification, sample making and delivery.
• Guide infrastructure, manpower and material resources plan to support all builds in the plant.
• Setup project team in Ops and balance the resources against project task requirements.
• Lead Ops functions to complete project tasks on time and within budget.
• Stay interlocked with the PjM, review and monitor projects progress and drive for implemention. Ensure successful execution to overall project timeline.
• Project scope change management.
• Drive to deliver samples on time, prepare material for sample making. Drive to complete tooling and production documents on schedule.
• Lead to make safe launch and qualification plan and drive to complete safe launch on time.
