Project Management: + End-to-end project management for non-AP20 projects, including planning, design, construction, and move management + Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables + Coordinate with external vendors (gen con, security integrator, furniture supplier, IT integrator) + Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks 2. Communication and Stakeholder Management: + Attend weekly meetings with BU teams (ATCP and AIOCP) and internal functional teams (Space, Security, Workplace Operations, OSH) + Coordinate with IFM team for project execution + Assist in preparing ad-hoc requests and validating invoices 3. Cost and Risk Management: + Manage project budgets and ensure cost control + Identify and mitigate project risks + Coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with project scope and budget 4. Sustainable Solutions: + Assist in implementing sustainable solutions and practices in project execution + Ensure compliance with environmental and social responsibility standards 5.
