Job ID: 704040BR Date posted: Sep. 08, 2025
Description:Advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities enable F-35 pilots to locate and track enemy forces, jam radars and disrupt attacks with unparalleled effectiveness. Advanced avionics give the pilot real-time access to battle space information with 360-degree coverage and an unparalleled ability to dominate the tactical environment. As a member of the F-35 Electronic Warfare / Countermeasures (EW/CM) team, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting activities associated with the development, integration, production and sustainment of the EW/CM subsystem for use on 5th Gen fighter aircraft.
As an F-35 EW CAM, the selected candidate will be involved in a number of technical development efforts, BOEs, Proposal Development, Statement of Work development, task planning and resource-loading. The candidate will be required to provide monthly status reports against both internal and supplier control accounts.
Specific responsibilities associated with this position will include supplier management, coordination with Cost / Schedule Integrators and other applicable stakeholders to process baseline change requests (BCRs / BLCRs), maintain the integrity of the control account budget baseline, establish and distribute cost segregation guidelines to track authorized tasks, analysis of affected control accounts, development of variance analysis and review and analysis of Estimates at Complete (EACs).
The position requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage all aspects of subsystem development, requiring collaboration with multiple teams and technical and program status reporting to leadership and customer personnel. Individual must be self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic.
Must be able to travel a moderate amount domestically to subcontractor and US government facilities in support of subsystem development and test.
