Reporting to the Global SPO Transitions Lead, this role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Programs & Projects (P&P) for complex, high-value transition or transformation projects for Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) clients. The Senior Project Manager role requires advanced project management expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to align teams and stakeholders with C&W’s values and Client-centric approach. This role serves as the single point of contact for the P&P Transitions, collaborating with C&W Global Occupier Services (GOS) Transition and Service Line Leads and Client contacts to deliver agreed-upon scopes per the project delivery plan.Job Description

Lead P&P project solutions via prescribed C&W GOS Transitions methodologies and tools. Develop, promote, and deliver operationalized P&P-related solutions by fostering cross-functional collaboration between GOS Transitions team members, product Delivery Managers, and business stakeholders. Act as the primary project delivery POC, providing exceptional service and proactive communication to senior C&W GOS Transitions and account team leaders and Client stakeholders, as required. Foster a culture of continuous improvement around project intake, process enhancements, project management, performance reporting, templates, lessons learned, and formal documentation. Project accountability, per the overall project scope. Coordinate internal resources, ensuring availability and proper allocation. Monitor and report on project metrics, providing ongoing and comprehensive scope updates to C&W GOS Transitions and account team leaders and Client stakeholders, as required. Develop and/or manage contract deliverables, SOWs, project plans, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and approvals in partnership with account and Project teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery. Integrate cross-team dependencies into program planning and use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Support solution development adjustments, as needed. Consult with Sales & Solutions on Scope of Work (SOW), client requirements, business rules, and project deliverables. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed. Ensure compliance with company, Client, and regulatory standards by maintaining thorough documentation and supporting audits. Implement project management best practices and drive continuous improvement with platform partners. Lead and contribute to recurring project meetings, executive-level presentations, and status updates. Ensure sufficient user training is delivered in support of new accounts. Develop process maps and key technology artifacts. Provide project closeout activities and handover to GOS Technology Client Care.Global GOS Transitions Team-focused responsibilities:
Attend and actively participate in recurring team meetings (Client-facing meetings take priority; MS Teams audio & video strongly preferred, as possible). Attend and actively participate in recurring one-on-one meetings with direct manager (Client-facing meetings take priority; MS Teams audio & video strongly preferred, as possible). Mentor and assist with the development of Project Managers, Transition Technology PC’s, and other team members. Contribute to GOS Transitions initiatives. Volunteer to present in GOS Transitions Team quarterly all-hands meetings.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or consulting or equivalent experience PMP or equivalent certification beneficial
Knowledge & Experience:
At least 7 years managing projects, preferably related to facilities or corporate real estate. Familiar with project management methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile, Waterfall,). Experience with providing capital project management solutions with a focus on supplier management, service requests, contract management, lease administration, and project management, tailored to different client verticals (e.g., government, healthcare, financial services, technology, and retail). Experience supporting or leading construction, capital projects, or workplace delivery initiatives (e.g., buildouts, renovations, relocations, phased occupancy), preferred. Ability to interpret and/or develop detailed process documents
Technical Skills:
Fluency with Microsoft Office/365 (incl. Teams, Visio, SharePoint, CoPilot), Smartsheet,
Analytical & Solution Skills:
Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data and documentation Demonstrated problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to convert partially complete solutions into functional operations
Organizational Skills:
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with decentralized teams Excellent time management and attention to detail
