Programs Manager – Aftermarket Growth

Align global sales channels to ensure greenfield plant investments lead to above-market, profitable aftermarket growth. Develop and manage maintenance and service growth programs Lead the global service deliverables portfolio and differentiation strategy. Drive efficiency to increase maintenance event order volumes. Be responsible for global service analytics, funnel/forecast reporting, and CRM tools Leverage digital tools, site walkdowns, and asset reviews to identify growth opportunities. Lead global Parts and Lifecycle Services standard process initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent related experience will be considered in lieu of education 5+ years of work in sales, service, marketing, or related experience  Experience in optimally communicating at various levels of an organization Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

MBA, Marketing, or similar
