**SUMMARY**
The primary function of the Programs Coordinator is to assist the Director of Programs and Programs Manager with daily functioning of the department. Keep reports and schedules up to date and accurate.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Reserve meeting space for lectures, events, meetings, etc.
+ Produce event orders and distribute
+ Attend BEO meetings twice weekly to coordinate meeting room assignments with Events
+ Produce class sign up cards as needed
+ Produce, print and distribute Special Offerings and Lectures list for Front Office to insert in schedule weekly.
+ Assist with small projects for Programs e.g. promotional fliers/spreadsheets/handouts
+ Produce signs, fliers, brochures and booklets for Programs as needed
+ Maintain expenses and complete ordering following purchasing guidelines
+ Enter and code Independent Contractor invoices into checkbook and send to accounting for payment
+ Assist managers with entering one-on-one availability, computer software and use issues as needed
+ Provide support with handouts, name tags, agendas and binders for special programs
+ Create and edit event orders for programs
+ Update Miraval web site data

**Qualifications:**
+ Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, and Access
+ Working knowledge of Delphi and Adobe InDesign
+ Website publishing experience helpful
+ Minimum high school certificate
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a resort administrative position
+ The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than fifty (50) pounds.
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is usually exposed to an indoor climate-controlled environment and frequently exposed to a variable outdoor environment.
+ The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
+ Must have flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
