Programmer Analyst

The ideal candidate will develop new applications to support business needs, support legacy applications built with older versions of .NET, contribute to the design and feature discovery process for new applications, triage issues reported in supported applications, recommend solutions & implement/maintain server configuration in IIS. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-call support for production systems, to include after hours and on the weekends.

The candidate will also provide frontline support to laboratory personnel using our applications, including troubleshooting software issues and escalate as necessary. Job duties also include assisting with deployment and configuration of in-house applications, managing user accounts, permissions, documenting common issues, support procedures and configuration steps to build internal knowledge bases. There may be the need to travel occasionally.
