The PEP Foundation is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee the management and growth of our education programmes. This is a senior role requiring both strategic and hands-on leadership.  This is an opportunity to make your mark in a foundation with big plans to support education in South Africa.  We await your ideas, entrepreneurial spirit and rigorous programme management capabilities.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Provide strategic direction and oversee programme implementation.

Manage and improve programme systems, ensuring smooth daily, monthly, and termly cycles.

Analyse programme data, maintain reporting platforms, and respond to field insights.

Build strong relationships within programme communities and resolve queries quickly.  This person is the beating heart of each of the programmes and leads building culture. 

Convene and lead weekly planning meetings with clear tracking and reporting.

Write compelling reports for donors, partners, and school-based teams.
