Overview

An established and mission-driven organisation is seeking a Programme Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple high-impact initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Working closely with senior leadership, this role will play a critical part in driving strategic priorities, ensuring effective programme delivery, and supporting executive-level operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support programme execution Support senior leadership in prioritising initiatives aligned with organisational strategy and objectives Coordinate and prepare high-quality materials including presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and briefing notes Manage complex executive scheduling, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics Oversee programme planning, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership Monitor programme progress to ensure timely and successful delivery against agreed goals Support data-driven initiatives and coordinate project-related activities across teams Develop and maintain communication frameworks to ensure effective stakeholder engagement Contribute to operational improvements and support broader organisational initiatives as required

Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree preferred

Experience

3–7 years of relevant experience in programme management, operations, or a related field Experience working in a complex, stakeholder-driven environment Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Skills & Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational and planning capabilities High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels Analytical mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
