About the Role:
PMO oversight: Manage the full portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring proper documentation, intake, planning, prioritization, governance compliance, and centralized tracking of status, risks, issues, and interdependencies.Governance & reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting packs, consolidate programme status/KPIs, ensure accuracy and consistency of data, and prepare materials for governance forums and leadership reviews.Project governance support: Facilitate governance processes by coordinating workstream inputs, defining scope/milestones/deliverables, preparing review materials, and highlighting risks, delays, and cross‑initiative dependencies.Business intelligence & insights: Create and manage reporting solutions (Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint) to convert operational and project data into clear insights, trends analysis, and actionable recommendations for leadership.Process & automation improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and project-tracking processes; implement workflow or automation enhancements (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, API integrations); and standardize templates and governance workflows.About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.5+ years’ experience in programme management, PMO support, governance, reporting, or business intelligence within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.Strong understanding of project management frameworks, with advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint for reporting and dashboard creation.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights; familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate/UiPath) is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, with strong attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
