Role Overview:
Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and remedial work across Private Network High Voltage systems. Support the O&M Manager to ensure service delivery meets contractual and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling, pricing, and delivery of routine inspections and maintenance. Coordinate small-scale remedial works and support larger engineering projects. Prepare job packs and ensure availability of tools, materials, and resources. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Track progress and generate reports for senior management. Assist with administrative tasks: handling calls, booking accommodation, and customer communication. Support quotation preparation and customer follow-up.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in scheduling or coordination roles. 5 GCSEs (A–C), including Maths and English. Strong administrative background, ideally in maintenance or project environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with field service software is a plus. Experience with IBM Maximo for asset and maintenance management is desirable. Skilled in document handling and technical communication.
