Role Summary and Impact   Do you want to take your programmatic skills to the next level and design top level innovative programmatic strategies?   We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist (Mid-level/Senior) who will be responsible for designing and implementing programmatic strategies based on an increasingly broad range of products and technologies. To be successful in this role, you should have passion for innovative media products and be comfortable to explain your work to internal teams and our clients. We want a strong digital-minded colleague who can create good business for our advertisers and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our client teams and our clients.   The tasks include:  Being responsible for programmatic campaigns of selected clients Identifying client needs, understanding campaign criteria and planning programmatic campaigns together with our client teams Executing all aspects of campaign delivery, including performance vs. KPIs, weekly/monthly/campaign pacing, optimization, troubleshooting, profitability Managing campaign setup and execution across different platforms e.g. DSPs, Creative Platforms, etc. Providing campaign reporting with key programmatic trends, insights and recommendations Thinking outside of the box, offering new ideas to our clients and proactively testing new solutions Proactively cooperating with our partners e.g. publishers, data providers, etc. Other possible tasks in a team will depend on a candidate’s experience and development goals   Skills and Experience Hands-on experience in programmatic buying and DSPs (up-to-date knowledge of DV360 & Xandr Invest is a plus) Understanding of a programmatic ecosystem and its players; knowledge of the Finnish market is expected Willingness to keep learning new things and to stay up-to-date with the industry and trends Quick learner with a strong interest in marketing tech and ad tech Proactive, results driven, detail oriented, numbers focused and analytical Able to prioritize time and keep work structured Understanding of a consultative approach is a plus Able to lead projects and willing to seek advice and help when needed Excellent communication and teamwork skills Good experience in using Excel and PowerPoint Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English   Why Join Us?
