Programmable Operator
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a Programmable Operator to join their team. As a Programmable Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Programmable Operator **Location:** Clare, MI **Pay Range:** $18.50 to $19.50 depending on shift **Shift:** 1st , 2nd and 3rd **What's the Job?** + Inspect incoming material for quality specifications and quantities. + Operate and program robotic welders and CNC machines to fabricate products. + Set up machines, adjust process variables, and ensure adherence to quality standards. + Maintain inventory control by labeling and managing raw materials. + Record work order details, labor, and downtime accurately in the system. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or GED equivalent. + Experience or coursework related to machinery, blueprint reading, CNC programming, or welding preferred. + Ability to operate measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers. + Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to obtain a crane and forklift license. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. + Hands-on experience with advanced CNC and robotic welding equipment. + Potential for skill development and career growth. + Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality.
