Job Title: Program Senior Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Senior Manager/Director to lead a significant digital transformation initiative aimed at modernizing our global web ecosystem. This role involves orchestrating the delivery of a new CMS/DXP-powered website platform, starting with the relaunch of our main website, followed by the revitalization of approximately 70 country websites across 40 languages. This position requires a strategic, hands-on leader with expertise in digital platforms, modern web ecosystems, agile delivery, and global rollout complexities.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of Project Arc, managing scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.Establish and maintain a clear program operating rhythm, including agile cadences and cross-workstream coordination.Oversee the delivery of the main website relaunch and phased migration of country websites.Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues related to platform migration, SEO continuity, performance, and change adoption.Facilitate collaboration across digital marketing, technology, agency partners, content, product marketing, legal, compliance, and regional teams.Serve as the central execution partner between internal stakeholders and external agencies.Drive program management for the rollout of a new CMS/DXP, ensuring alignment with digital experience scalability and governance goals.Lead efforts to enhance data connectivity and analytics, optimizing performance across the web ecosystem.Prepare and deliver quarterly executive-level readouts on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.Track and report on KPIs related to delivery health, digital performance, and business impact.

Essential Skills

15+ years of experience leading large-scale digital, technology, or platform transformation programs in global enterprise environments.Proven experience delivering complex website ecosystems, including CMS/DXP implementations and large-scale content migrations.Deep understanding of digital marketing, web platforms, analytics, SEO, performance optimization, and modern martech ecosystems.Strong experience with agile or hybrid delivery models.Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and system integrators.Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in B2B, professional services, or global enterprise organizations.Familiarity with operating across multiple regions, languages, and localization requirements.Experience supporting data modernization and analytics enablement as part of a web transformation.Program or agile certification (PMP, SAFe, PgMP, etc.) is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is hybrid, with 1-2 days in the office and the rest remote. The position is based in New York, with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 8-5.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $90.00/hr.
