Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Security Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to interact directly with Government Mission Partners and Parsons Program Managers.

Seasoned professional who independently manages complex program security functions across multiple contracts. This role ensures compliance with government and customer security requirements, advises leadership on industrial security risks, and executes security tasks to support contracts. The Program Security Manager provides direct mentoring and technical guidance to junior staff, serves as the primary liaison to government security officials, and supports response to audits, investigations, and inspections. This position requires advanced knowledge of the NISPOM, DCSA directives, SCI processes, and plays a critical role in maintaining Parsons’ reputation for compliance and excellence in classified program execution.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
