Program QA Manager
Job Description Insight Global is looking dynamic and experienced Program QA Manager to join a big bank in Canada. This role will focus on leading testing efforts to support test in a large digital transformation program. Candidates must be able to manage the environment and drive test leadership and strategies. These candidates must be adaptable to work both hands on and provide leadership direction when needed as this role requires flexibility and a team player mindset. This will be a hybrid role and a long term contract. Key Responsibilities:  - Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies.  - Lead and mentor a team of testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.  - Drive innovation in automation frameworks and potential use cases for AI applications.  - Ensure seamless integration and environment planning.  - Conduct both manual and automated testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.  - Manage data flows and API testing using tools like Selenium and Postman.  - Utilize Jira for tracking and managing testing activities.  - Collaborate with stakeholders in the banking/wealth domain to deliver successful program outcomes. Skills and Requirements - 10+ years of experience in IT domain with expertise in leading Test Planning, Preparation and Execution activities for high visibility programs at enterprise level banks or financial services institutions.  - Experience in all phases of API testing, including system testing, system integration testing, performance testing and deployment verification testing  - Experience in providing technical leadership and strategic direction through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  - Experience driving new and automated technologies with a focus on continuous improvement through innovation  - Excellent hands on ability in managing data flows and utilizing tools like Selenium, Postman, and Jira. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
